Automatic Parallel Control Panel
A panel with all the functions in one.The panel can be used independently or in parallel.
Maximum up to 32 generator sets in parallel.
Synchronization system is researched, developed and designed by ourself. It adopts import synchronization
panel. It provides the function of many generators in parallel and load sharing. The system has the advantages
of simple structure, compact structure and high integration. APS synchronization system has both electricity
parameters and dynamic parameters monitoring protection.
The following parameters are mainly monitored
1. Genset speed
2. Oil pressure
3. Water temperature
4. Battery voltage
5. Three phases voltage, current, frequency monitor
6. Load active power, reactive power, power factor monitor.
The main protection parameters are as below,
1. Overvoltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit, reverse power etc.
2. Speed, oil pressure, water temperature, battery voltage fault etc.
The system has the following significant advantages
● Low purchase cost: the purchase price of a few small-sized units is only 50-70% compared with the purchase
of a single large-scale unit.
● Low cost of use: According to the size of the load, the appropriate number of gensets is automatically operated,
which avoids the small load operation of high-power units.
● Low maintenance cost: Small-sized units have sufficient accessories and low maintenance costs than
high-power units.
● Long service life: The generators are used in turn, which reduces the utilization rate of each unit.
● More reliability: In the grid-connected system, even in the event of a unit failure, some units can continue to
be used, avoiding the situation in which all units fail.
● Easy to transport, hoist and install.
